Production/Warehouse AssociatePay: $18.50–$23.50 per hour Shift: Both 1st and 2nd Shift AvailableJob Description: We are hiring multiple Production/Warehouse Associates for openings in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Opportunities are available in warehouse, production, assembly, machine operation, and quality. Candidates will be considered for the position and department that best matches their experience, skills, and shift availability. Employees will be assigned to one primary position/department when hired and will receive training for that role. These are hands-on manufacturing and warehouse positions that require dependable attendance, attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.Responsibilities:Pick, count, package, move, and stage materials and finished productsLoad and unload materials and move products to designated locationsOperate material-handling equipment as trained and authorizedFollow FIFO inventory procedures and maintain accurate stock locationsProcess shipping orders, returns, and inventory transactionsUse counting scales, label printers, and basic computer systemsProduction Material Handling:Supply production areas with materials and components needed to maintain productionMove, organize, count, and stage materialsVerify materials and quantities for productionComplete basic inventory and computer transactionsHelp maintain an organized and efficient production areaMachine Operation:Operate production equipment to manufacture and package parts or kitsRead work orders and verify part numbers, quantities, and specificationsSet up materials for production runs according to work instructionsPerform basic quality checks during productionComplete required production documentationMake minor equipment adjustments as trainedReport equipment or quality problems to the appropriate team lead or supervisorAssembly:Assemble and package parts according to established work instructionsMaintain an adequate supply of components at the workstationVerify parts and quantities for accuracyPerform repetitive hands-on assembly workInspect components for obvious defects or quality concernsMaintain a clean and organized workstationQuality:Inspect products, quantities, labels, and components for accuracy and qualityPerform dimensional checks using measuring equipment such as calipersAssist with incoming material inspections and stock checksIdentify and separate nonconforming productsMaintain accurate inspection and quality recordsComplete basic computer transactions related to quality and inventoryAssist with quality investigations and containment activities as trainedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or quality experience is preferredBasic computer skillsBasic math and counting skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood hand-eye coordinationGood communication skillsAbility to read and follow written and verbal work instructionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility and willingness to learn new processes and equipmentDependable attendance and punctualityStrong commitment to safety and qualityMaterial-handling, forklift, inventory, or shipping experience is a plus for warehouse openingsExperience using calipers or other measuring tools is a plus for quality openingsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shiftFrequent reaching, grasping, and repetitive hand movementsAbility to perform repetitive production, assembly, inspection, or material-handling tasksAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniquesAbility to safely work around production and material-handling equipmentComfortable working in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environmentWhat We're Looking For: We are looking for dependable people who want to work and are willing to learn.
