The YouTube Ads Marketplace Optimization team focuses on growing long-term revenue by solving complex problems in automated bidding, machine learning, AI, and personalization. In this role, you will work on exciting machine learning and bidding problems that power advertisements across all YouTube surfaces, including In-Stream, Shorts, Feeds, on mobile, TV, and desktop devices. Responsibilities Develop deep insights into advertiser and user behavior on YouTube to inform product strategy. Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for improving bidding algorithms and machine learning models. Optimize the YouTube Ads marketplace to drive long-term advertiser value and revenue. Partner with engineering and data science teams to solve technical challenges in the prediction and bidding stack. Manage the product lifecycle from proof-of-concept to launch and advertiser adoption. Compensation and benefits US: $163,000 - $237,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
