Animal Care Specialist Team Leader – Be the Pack Leader of Our Boarding Crew!

Do you love pets and people—and have a knack for bringing out the best in a team? Our well-respected veterinary hospital is looking for a ACS Team Lead to guide our boarding department and help make every tail wag and purr count.

This isn’t just about schedules and checklists (though you’ll do those too)—it’s about creating a safe, happy, and organized space where our furry guests are cared for and our amazing team members can thrive.

• Leading, supporting, and coaching a team of 46 Animal Care Specialists
• Crafting schedules and keeping things running smoothly
• Setting goals, celebrating wins, and holding the team accountable
• Modeling and upholding our hospital’s core values every single day
• Being the friendly face (and voice) that makes clients feel confident leaving their pets in our care
