Sales Support Associate

This position is remote, with preference to candidates located in Los Angeles and/or Orange County. We are looking for someone with 2-4+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role. You should have 1+ years of being client facing in some capacity, with the ability to engage with clients and prospects to deliver exceptional service with a friendly and approachable demeanor. A bachelor's degree is required (business, finance, economics, or a related field are preferred). Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Docusign is necessary. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effortlessly while maintaining keen attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, paired with a polished and professional presence that leaves a lasting impression. A self-motivated innovator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an eagerness to make an impactful contribution to the Sales organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Keep Salesforce records, client databases, and sales reports meticulously up-to-date ensuring data accuracy and clear visibility for informed decision-making.
• Provide essential daily support to the Sales team, expertly managing meeting schedules, calendars, and preparing compelling sales materials that drive results.
• Nurture leads by proactively following up with potential clients through phone, email, and CRM tools by maintaining momentum and building strong relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales collaterals that showcase Onshore's value.
• Monitor sales metrics, generate insightful performance reports, and support forecasting to keep leadership informed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization, and constantly seek innovative ways to improve processes, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency to empower the Sales team to succeed.
