Physician - Urgent Care

Position Summary Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking an experienced Physician to join our highly cohesive and innovative Float Pool team in the Puget Sound Region. This full‑time role supports urgent care clinics across Washington and Idaho, providing 7‑day service from 8 AM to 8 PM. Responsibilities Provide urgent care services during scheduled shifts, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care across all ages. Perform suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x‑ray reads, and other clinical tasks required for autonomous practice. Partner with a multidisciplinary team in a technology‑enabled modern clinic environment. Participate in schedule planning, meeting two months in advance, and accommodate same‑day shift changes when needed. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient experience enhancement initiatives. Qualifications Board certified or eligible at the time of employment. Active Washington medical license in good standing. DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority. Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
