CEI Senior Construction Inspector

STV is seeking a CEI Senior Inspector to join our Inspection Team in either Franklin or Chattanooga, TN and be part of a growing organization! Our ideal candidate should have been directly responsible for all inspection requirements related to the construction operations assigned. Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Ability to: communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) Performing technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout Making and checking engineering computations Inspecting construction work Conducting field tests Assist with geotechnical field exploration activities Work is performed under the general supervision of the Project Administrator and will consist of assisting the Senior Inspector in the performance of their duties Education and Experience: High School Diploma Qualifications / Certifications: Minimum of 10 years of construction inspection experience TDOT Experience preferred Site Manager or AASHTOWare experience preferred Possess the following certifications or the ability to obtain within six (6) months from the date of hire TDEC Level 1 EPSC TDOT HMA Certified Roadway Inspector TDOT Asphalt Plant Technician TDOT Concrete Field Technician or ACI Grade 1 Concrete Technician TDOT Radiation Safety and Nuclear Gauge TDOT Soils and Aggregates Work Zone Traffic Control/Flagging TDOT Intermediate MOT 10 Hour OSHA Safety Training $88,649.00 - $100,737.00 STV offers the following benefits Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) Disability insurance Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment 401(k) Plan Retirement Counseling Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Back-Up Dependent Care Parental Leave Continuing Education Program Professional Licensure and Society Memberships STV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
