Position Overview Pay: $19.00/hour + Tips + Bonus. Five Guys serves outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top‑tiered customer service approach. Responsibilities Shift managers perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders and direct daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
