Essential Job Duties: Partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, programs and employee-related matters. Support talent management activities, including workforce planning, employee development, retention, and onboarding initiatives. Assist with employee relations and performance management processes by providing coaching, policy interpretation, and issue resolution support. Analyze and report workforce data and trends to support business decisions and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR centers of expertise and business leaders to implement engagement, change management, and compliance initiatives. Hybrid work schedule Pregnancy/Bonding Leave and Family Care Leave Required Qualifications: Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial & Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field with a graduation date in December 2026 – May 2027 Must have at least a 2.85 GPA overall and in major Proactive and results-driven individual who has high learning agility and is resourceful and innovative.
