JobSummary — The Opportunity Our Odessa team depends on someone who keeps the details ontrack so everyone else can focus on serving customers. As our AdministrativeOperations Specialist, you'll be that person. In this role, you will support multiple departments andleaders, coordinate daily operations, and serve as a go-to contact foret employees, customers, and vendors. One day you might be managing schedules andrecords; the next, helping with orders, purchasing, invoicing, or servicecoordination. Along the way, you'll have a real opportunity to spot better waysof working and help put them in place. Coordinate activities across assigneddepartments so tasks are completed accurately and on time. Supportleaders and teams. Manage emails, calls, and scheduling so leaders can stayfocused on the business. Deliverresponsive service. Be a trusted point of contact for employees, customers,and vendors, providing quick, accurate answers. Keepinformation reliable. Prepare and maintain reports, records, and dataacross company systems so teams can trust what they find. Supportcore business processes. Assist with order processing, purchasing,invoicing, and service coordination as needs arise. Improvehow work gets done. Monitor workflows, suggest improvements, and helpimplement more efficient practices and company projects. WhatYou Bring Required: High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of administrative,operations, customer service, or office support experience. Required: Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manageshifting priorities. Required: Clear written and verbal communication and a professional, customer-focusedapproach. Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, andTeams. Required: Dependable and self-motivated, comfortable working independently and aspart of a team. Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree, experience with ERP, CRM, or HRISsystems, or experience supporting multiple departments. WhyJM Test Systems?
