Quick Facts Location: Jackson, MI Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday – Friday, flexible schedule Hours/Week: Minimum of 36 clinical hours + administrative Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become Board Certified within 3 years) Experience: Open to recent graduates within 1 year of completion Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Competitive salary package (discuss at interview) Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, dental, vision insurance Flexible spending accounts (health and dependent care) Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays) Retirement plans CME allowance and tuition reimbursement Short-term and long-term disability options Life insurance and employee assistance program (EAP) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements available when applicable 24/7 support team dedicated to your success What You’ll Do Provide outpatient dermatology care focusing on medical dermatology (~90%) and cosmetic dermatology (~10%) Perform skin procedures such as biopsies, removals, and other dermatologic treatments Manage a high patient volume with approximately 4-5 patients per hour, including procedures Contribute to a welcoming environment for patients of all ages Document clinical encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR Support practice reopening and growth initiatives Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level 2 trauma facility What You Need Active medical license in Michigan or eligible for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (must become certified within 3 years) Up to 1 year of post-graduate experience preferred Strong procedural skills with high procedure volume Excellent communication and teamwork skills Open to H1B visa candidates; J1 is not accepted About the Assignment Join a dynamic dermatology practice within a renovated medical center that offers comprehensive medical and cosmetic services.
