Pay & Benefits

Compensation: $525,000 $600,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care across inpatient and outpatient settings for high-risk pregnancies
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions using advanced diagnostics (ultrasound, genetic testing)
• Perform full-scope MFM procedures and deliver specialized reproductive health services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ARNPs
• Support regional outreach clinics in Everett and Issaquah, serving a broad referral network
• Participate in postpartum care and home call duties with 24/7 hospital support
• Engage in teaching OB/GYN residents and contribute to clinical research initiatives
• Maintain high standards in evidence-based care, quality improvement, and patient safety
• Opportunities to expand skills in fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling (CVS)

What You Need

• State medical license in Washington or eligibility
• Board certification or eligibility in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong skills in ultrasound, genetic testing, and high-risk obstetrics
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and patient care skills
