The Associate will collaborate with board-certified Oncologists, managing follow-up oncology appointments, assisting with client inquiries, and addressing minor oncology emergencies during the day. Responsibilities include: Managing follow-up oncology appointments, assisting with client inquiries, and addressing minor oncology emergencies during the day. Handling non‑cancer‑related patient concerns during rechecks. Performing occasional minor surgical procedures. Executing minor emergency interventions such as thoracocentesis and fluid therapy. Our facility is a standalone specialty center that is set to expand into a larger location this year, featuring enhanced treatment areas, operating rooms, and examination rooms, along with upgrades to our in‑house diagnostic capabilities. There are no after‑hours or on‑call duties required for this position. Required qualifications include an active veterinarian license or eligibility to practice in New York, along with a strong interest in oncology medicine.
