The company's mission is to provide comprehensive and efficient restoration services, helping communities recover from unforeseen events. A pivotal step in Endurant's expansion was the acquisition of Parker Young Restoration of Norcross, Georgia. This move provided Endurant with a robust presence in the southeastern U.S., integrating Parker Young's decades of expertise in fire, water, storm, and mold damage restoration, as well as reconstruction. This significantly strengthened Endurant's operational capacity and market penetration in the region. Position Focus: Onsite Project Execution and Crew Leadership Responsibilities and Key Tasks: Lead onsite mitigation projects, including water, fire, and mold damage restoration. Respond promptly to projects during regular business hours and be available for on-call response after hours. Supervise and coordinate mitigation crews to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks. Perform hands‑on restoration work alongside the crew, including setup, extraction, cleaning, drying, and monitoring. Assess project progress and adjust work priorities to meet project timelines and quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, equipment used, and job progress. Communicate with property owners and internal teams regarding project status, updates, and any challenges. Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to Parker Young safety protocols and industry standards. Troubleshoot onsite issues and provide guidance to crews for effective problem resolution. Train and mentor crew members in restoration techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures. Manage equipment and materials onsite, ensuring proper care and maintenance.
