Job Description:

Our client is seeking to add a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster . Responsibilities include moderate to complex Commercial Auto and General Liability C laims throughout the United States . This person would be required to i nvestigate claims via telephone written correspondence and/or personal contact with claimants attorneys insureds witnesses and others having pertinent information. This position is fully remote.

• Process assigned claims and determine benefits due pursuant to the client contract .
• Work proactively towardsclaimsresolution with defense counsel and clients while adhering to audit requirements and resolvingclaimsin a timely manner.
• M ake timely claims payments and adjustments ; co mmunicate claim action/processing with claimant and client.
• Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct.
• P rovide comprehensive complete thorough analysis of coverage determination .
• Prepare detailed reports review and prepare responsive correspondence to achieve settlement .

Salary/Benefits:

• $75K - $90K (based on experience) Annual bonus opportunities

Requirements:

• Litigation Experience Required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• NY Adjusters License is required
• Minimum 3 years of Coverage analysis and experience writing coverage letters required
