Assist the management team in achieving positive sales and profit trends. Adhere to all company cash handling policies and procedures. Become proficient in all areas of the café (sandwiches, smoothies, specialty drinks and prep). Required Experience Makes sound business decisions in times of uncertainty. Demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills. Demonstrates broad knowledge of and passion for food. Responds to opportunities with a sense of urgency. Technically proficient with MS Office Suite. Position Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry. Minimum 2 years of manager experience.
