Treston Security Services - On-Call Security Officer (Open Availability) Job Type Part Time/On-Call Position Must Possess Open Availability Salary $16-$17an hour Job Requirements US work authorization (Required) High school Diploma or Higher (Preferred) Customer service : 1 year (Preferred) Full Job Description Treston Security Services is seeking a highly responsible and experienced On-Call Officer in the Henderson, Nevada area. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding to various security situations. Additional Responsibilities for this Security Position includes: Observe and report suspicious individuals or activity. Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property. Respond promptly to any security breaches or emergencies. Control access to the property, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. Maintain a detailed log of all activities and incidents. Collaborate with management to address any specific security needs. Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents. Prepare logs and reports as required. Qualifications Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers. Additional requirements of the On-Call Officer include: High School Diploma or GED Must have guard card, or able to obtain their PILB Must be 18 years of age Have a reliable means of communication and transportation Must have the legal right to work in the United States Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English (Bilingual in Spanish a Plus) Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form Be an effective team member and courteous telephone manners Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports Good organizational skills High school or equivalent (Preferred) Licenses (Required) PILB Guard Card Experience Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Security: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location Henderson, NV. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trestonsecurity
