Fleet Manager

As Manager, Fleet at Spectrum, you'll oversee vehicle maintenance, title management, purchasing and fuel programs while providing analysis and reporting to control costs and support operations. Your work will directly improve fleet availability and operating efficiency. How You’ll Make an ImpactPlan, direct and coordinate the vehicle maintenance and repair program for company owned vehicles including preventative maintenance and vehicle replacement programsPrepare and deliver in-service training programs for new team membersProvide analytical and reporting support related to maintenance and fuel expense inventory tracking and cost analysisProcess vehicle transactions including vehicle ordering delivery and vouchering purchases, employee vehicle sales, disposal and negotiate with leasing and lending firmsReceive and process vehicle accident and damage reports and maintain vehicle titles and title information in the fleet databaseAct as the corporate liaison with fleet maintenance and fuel management companies and represent Spectrum with local and national groups on fleet mattersWorking ConditionsOffice environmentSome travel as requiredWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationAssociate’s degree or equivalentExperience4 + years of fleet administration work experience2 + years of vehicle title processing experienceSkillsAnalyze and interpret dataClear verbal and written communication skillsHandle multiple projects and tasksMaintain confidentialityMake decisions and solve problems while working under pressurePrioritize and organize effectivelyProficient with personal computer and software applicationsWork independently and with othersNegotiate with vendors on price delivery and qualityPreferred QualificationsExperience2+ years of management or leadership experienceSkillsKnowledge of cable television products and services#LI-TM2 GFL501 2026-79727 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
