Marketing Manager

TYG is the partner of an internationally recognised landscape architecture, planning and urban design firm who are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager. We are looking for a creative and resourceful professional who takes pride in being well organised and enjoys the challenges of a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, with the ability to strategise with senior management. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Produce compelling proposals, bid submissions, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Develop and maintain presentation decks, project profiles, staff resumes, and other marketing assets. Coordinate the preparation and submission of industry award applications. Support marketing campaigns, communications, and digital content initiatives. Assist senior leadership with thought leadership, public relations, events, and client engagement activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business development efforts. Research new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and contribute to strategic pursuit planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, or business development, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, or design. Strong graphic design and document layout skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. #J-18808-Ljbffr TYG
