Registered Nurse Mother Baby (Part-Time) - (8425) Cape Fox Concentric Methods, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Mother Baby unit to provide Part time services to Marines at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. The total hourly pay for this non-exempt position is $42.08 for up to 40 hours per week. This is comprised of a base hourly rate of $37.15 plus $4.93 per hour for Health & Welfare (H&W) as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations. Additional benefits include specified holidays, paid leave, health, dental, vision and life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) with company match. The position is open until filled or withdrawn. Required: minimum of one year of experience in a Mother Baby unit in the last two years is required. Responsibilities New mom and infant monitoring. Assess for postpartum and childbirth complications. Monitor for newborn complications. Administer immunizations. Dispense medications. Discuss postpartum contraception options. Conduct postpartum and infant assessments. Coordinate patient care with a wide array of healthcare professionals, facilitating optimal outcomes in clinical care, quality, and cost effectiveness. Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice per MTF policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide 24‑hour inpatient services on Monday through Sunday, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts normally 0700–1930 or 1900–0730. Typically 12.5‑hour shifts plus one 8.5‑hour shift within two weeks, with an uncompensated 30‑minute or 1‑hour meal break. Travel Requirements 0 – 10% Job Requirements Basic Life Support (BLS), NRP certification, and documentation of Basic Fetal Monitoring training. Associate’s Degree of Nursing from a college or university accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). One year of experience in a Mother Baby unit in the last two years. Current, full, active, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in any of the 50 states. Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
