We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and developing products, managing engineering projects, and supporting production from concept through completion. You'll work closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, Service, customers, and vendors to solve problems, improve products, and help bring new ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop products using 3D CAD software.
• Manage multiple engineering projects, including custom product orders, from design through completion.
• Develop project schedules and ensure projects stay on track.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, specifications, and engineering changes.
• Troubleshoot design and production issues and provide engineering support to manufacturing, Sales, and Service.
• Work with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal teams on product improvements and technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, manufacturability, cost savings, and product performance.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including drawings, specifications, work instructions, and manuals.
• Measure and inspect machines and parts as needed to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Stay current on product lines, industry developments, and new product opportunities.
• Prepare project updates and reports and manage projects within established budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
