Associate Attorney

Work Location: 600 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1500, Miami, FL 33131 Pay Rate: $360K/yr. on W2 With Benefits Work Mode: Hybrid Shift Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm Job Description Job Summary Mid-level Attorney with 2–5 years of law firm experience, strong litigation skills, and experience handling complex legal matters. Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, prepare for hearings and trials, and effectively represent clients. Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment. While Miami is the preferred location for this position, but we can consider candidates within our other office locations. But candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location and those locations can be discussed during screening. Required Skills 2–5 years of experience practicing as an Attorney at a law firm. Strong litigation experience with exposure to complex legal matters. Experience with legal research, case analysis, pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively represent and communicate with clients. Strong case management and organizational skills. Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar (Florida).
