Join Our Team as a Caregiver at Senior Helpers - Lafayette!
Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of seniors? Senior Helpers - Lafayette is hiring full-time Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Home Health Aides (HHA) in Lafayette and surrounding parishes! In this rewarding role, youll provide essential in-home care, companion care, and personal care services to elderly clients.

Responsibilities (Keywords Included)
Provide direct care, personal care, and non-medical home care per individualized care plans.
Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and transfers.
Monitor client health, safety, and behavioral changes and report concerns to supervisors.
Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and offer companionship and emotional support.
Maintain accurate care documentation.
What Were Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of caregiver, home care, or senior care experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work independently.
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
Experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or experience with dementia care, Alzheimers care, or mobility assistance is a plus.
