Pay Rate: $160/hr

Contract: Contract assignment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician for a contract opportunity in the Cherokee Nation region. This role involves examining patients, reviewing medical histories, prescribing medications, and providing care for patients of all ages. The provider should be comfortable managing both acute and chronic care needs in a primary care setting.


Responsibilities
• Examine patients, take medical histories, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications
• Provide primary care services for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic care
• Maintain an expected patient volume of approximately 2.5 to 3 patients per hour
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation, medical records, and required clinical reporting


Requirements
• Board Certified Physician required with Primary Care experience
• Oklahoma license required; active IMLC accepted if applying for Oklahoma license at submission
• Minimum 3 years of physician experience required; at least 1 year in Primary Care required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• NPDB, malpractice disclosure, attestation, and required credentialing documents must be provided
