About the Role:
Ladneir Healthcare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and skilled ASL Caregiver to join our dedicated team in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and daily living support to clients using American Sign Language (ASL) as the primary mode of communication
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
• Facilitate community engagement and social activities for clients
• Monitor and document client health status, behaviors, and progress
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for clients

Requirements:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required
• Prior experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related healthcare support role preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with a client-first attitude
