Who You Are: As an MV Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportation. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have current and valid CA Driver's License with minimum two (2) years good driving record/history. Must be willing and able to obtain a CDL class B license, passenger and airbrake endorsements (WE TRAIN (Paid) YOU TO GET THESE). Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills. Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, and/or other mobility devices on and off the vehicle. Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required. Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situations involving passengers. Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash, tickets, passes, and transfers.
