What You’ll Do:

As a Cook, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Cooking fresh, high-quality meals including baking, roasting, and grilling, all meeting our high standards for flavor, presentation, and resident dietary needs.
• Assisting with managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies to minimize waste.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary kitchen in line with all food safety guidelines.
• Keeping accurate records for inventory and food temperatures.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of cooking experience, ideally in senior living or a similar high-volume setting (preferred).
• Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights!).
• A valid Food Handler's Card where required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills, with expertise in reading recipes, labels, and adjusting serving sizes.
• Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including wearing a proper uniform, slip-resistant shoes, and gloves as required.
