At Functional Pathways, team members help improve patient outcomes while working in a collaborative, wellness-focused environment.QualificationsJob Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.Qualifications:Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.Active state licenseExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurrent working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and proceduresCompletion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
