Accounting Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

ID Technology is seeking a talented Accounting Clerk to contribute to the success of the company by performing a variety of complex accounting tasks, which include processing and auditing various accounting transactions, resolving issues and generating reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the day‑to‑day processing of the department by researching invoice issues, manually entering invoices in Concur and Syteline as needed, researching vendor statements to resolve outstanding issues, establishing working relationships with internal and external customers/vendors, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma Effective computer skills (Microsoft Applications) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Good team player attitude Willingness to learn Attention to detail
