Position Overview We love fashion, but we love people more. As an Assistant Manager you will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure that it is consistent across our brand. You will partner with your Store Manager to ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. Your role includes making sure all customers are seen and connected with, following our mantra “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”. Responsibilities Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART). Support recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent that works within our culture of HEART—both in values and the HEART Styling Experience. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, passionate about fashion and trends. Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager. Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees to create success in their roles. Support upholding operational excellence through daily store operations, managing inventory and fulfillment, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards. Drive results through both personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll management. Maintain sales expectations based on store goals. Lead their Division of Responsibility based on volume group. Requirements A warm and friendly demeanor, a natural connector who knows how to make work fun. Fashion credible, up-to-date on current trends and contemporary fashion brands; willing to take risks with fashion and be an early adopter of new trends. A growth mindset to persevere through challenges and push for solutions. Open to growth and development, highly coachable. High emotional intelligence and ability to influence others. Embodies the EVEREVE brand and serves as a brand advocate for our mission. Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
