Financial Services Representative (Bilingual)

Financial Services Representative World Finance is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English‑speaking Financial Services Representative to serve as the front line for customers, support branch operations, and maximize growth. What You’ll Do Guide customers toward credit mobility and help them make sound financial choices. Provide top‑tier customer service, assisting with inquiries and product information. Process and prepare loan applications, payments, and documents for new and renewal loans. Execute loan closings and maintain accurate records. Balance the daily cash drawer and prepare bank deposits, including transport of funds. Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to a community culture. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send credit denial letters within 30 days of application date. Pay branch expenses as instructed. Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English. Basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Self‑confidence, organizational skills, and a history of compassion and teamwork. Willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 5 lbs and exerting up to 30 lbs of force. Requires vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature. Frequent customer and coworker interaction requiring clear and professional communication.
