Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are eager to grow their own patient panel while working under physician supervision. Responsibilities Work a flexible 4-day work week totaling 36 hours, with Thursday off. No night or weekend shifts required. Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, from adolescents to geriatrics. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. Opportunity to work part-time, 2-3 days a week, if preferred. Requirements Active Massachusetts (MA) license required. Board Certification is mandatory. Proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage. Open to both experienced providers and strong new graduates capable of working independently.
