JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB The primary function is to serve as the main connector, integrator and analyst of the Retail Marketing team. This role brings together all parts of Retail Marketing to advance established business objectives and deliver superior results for Starkey’s customers. This position will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in retail marketing and conduct data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the Marketing department. This position will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute and report marketing activity Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization Work with the Retail Marketing Leadership team to develop action plans to enhance marketing channel performance Implement and manage the marketing analytics roadmap for internal and external reporting Monitor and maintain data quality within the Retail Marketing ecosystem Evaluate new technologies and applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance Create scalable processes to deliver effective and efficient results. Establish processes to effectively manage proper billing and accounting of Retail Marketing programs Manage vendor relationships as appropriate in areas of focus Function as a liaison to the Sales team on collaborative projects Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree required; marketing degree preferred

Experience

2-5+ years of marketing operations or comparable business experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment; demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high performance work teams/groups

Knowledge / Technical Requirements Microsoft Office suite of programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Thorough knowledge of general principles of finance, budget, product, product marketing, brand and project management. Experience establishing milestones and KPIs and reporting on them on a regular basis. Demonstrated ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions and implement a course of action. Demonstrated success at meeting project budget, timelines, and requirement targets, and managing variances. Familiarity with media planning and various marketing tactics. Competencies, Skills & Abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication. Excellent customer service skills. Passion for testing and optimization. Organized and detail oriented. Ability to analyze data and develop key insights. Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Working Conditions Standard office conditions; occasional weekend hours and travel required. Salary and Other Compensation

: The target pay range for this position is between $64,680 - $76,650 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
