Job Description Shift Information 1st Shift - 6AM-230PM & 2nd Shift 2PM - 1030PM Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs Key Responsibilities Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues Scan "checked out" paperwork and file documentation appropriately Office and warehouse setting Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Frequent use of computers, scanners, phones, and radios Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED required Experience Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, shipping systems, and general office software Strong organizational and time management skills Personality Traits Detail-oriented and accurate Strong communication skills - written and verbal Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment Customer-service mindset Additional Information $18.20 + $3 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift Accrue up to five days PTO in first year Two weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary Other benefits include Doc-On-Demand, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Volunteer Day, Employee Assistance Program All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
