Position Summary The Primary, Kindergarten, and Elementary Classroom Teacher will be responsible for leading a classroom with warmth, structure, and professionalism while supporting the growth and success of each student. This role includes preparing and delivering age-appropriate lessons, maintaining a well-organized classroom environment, following daily lesson plans, communicating with parents and administration, and supporting the overall mission and standards of Montessori Reggio Academy. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience with children ages 3 and up Experience in a Primary, Kindergarten, or Elementary classroom setting Montessori certification is preferred Strong classroom management and leadership skills Ability to create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom environment Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is warm, confident, professional, and dependable. They should be able to balance structure with creativity, maintain high classroom expectations, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
