Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Locations: Princeton, NJ; San Diego, CA; or San Francisco, CA Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite We are representing a senior-level Clinical Operations opportunity with one of our clients. This is not a role at GQR. The client is looking for a strong study leader who can drive end-to-end execution of Phase 2-4 clinical trials, partner across cross-functional teams, and oversee vendors while maintaining high standards for quality, compliance, and timelines. This individual will play a central role in study delivery, from startup through closeout, and will be expected to bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Leading study execution across startup, enrollment, conduct, and closeout Managing cross-functional teams and external vendors Owning timelines, budgets, study plans, and operational deliverables Supporting inspection readiness and ongoing compliance efforts Providing regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders What the client is looking for: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field 5+ years in clinical trial management In-house pharma or biotech experience preferred Strong sponsor-side study management backgroundManager-level experience, ideally 3-4+ years at that level Broad technical depth across clinical operations Rare disease experience is a plus Compensation: Base salary of $131,000-$163,600 for the right profile, plus bonus/equity potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr GQR
