Description At Level Up Therapy Centers we are looking to hire amazing people to work as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We provide the training required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to get your RBT Certification. Our professional training academy is designed to support you throughout each level of your career, so that you have all the tools you need to provide the highest level of therapy to our clients. We work with kids of all ages from 1 year through adulthood. Job Requirements A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, AND Have Completed a Minimum of 15 Semester Units of College Coursework. A Valid Driver’s License, Current Car Insurance, and Reliable Source of Transportation. Ability to Obtain CPR Certification, Proof of a Negative TB Test, and the Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check. Ability to Meet the Physical Demands of the Position, Which May Include but is Not Limited to: lifting up to 35 lbs, reaching above shoulders, squatting, sitting, kneeling, running, twisting, turning, crawling, and jumping. What you will be responsible for as an ABA Registered Behavior Technician: Providing direct 1:1 ABA Therapy to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder reach their greatest potential. Implementing programs designed by BCBA's to help clients reach their individualized goals by collecting and recording data on a daily basis to show client’s progress towards goals. Bringing the fun and motivation to help clients learn language, behavioral, play, adaptive, and social skills.
