Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition About the Role Uniphore is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to build robust, diverse talent pipelines across the business — with a primary focus on Sales and Technology/Product roles. This person will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and qualify top talent in a competitive AI market, using modern sourcing tools and creative outreach strategies. Beyond sourcing support, this person will also own a set of their own requisitions end-to-end, running the full recruiting process from intake through offer. What You'll Do Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for open requisitions across multiple business units, with particular depth in Sales (AEs, SDRs, Sales Leadership) and Technology/Product (Engineering, Product Management, Data Science/AI) Own full-cycle recruiting — from intake through offer — for a dedicated subset of requisitions, acting as the primary recruiter rather than sourcing support Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build ideal candidate profiles and calibrate search criteria Build and maintain diverse, qualified talent pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, and other sourcing platforms Conduct proactive outreach and initial candidate screening to assess fit before handoff to recruiters Track pipeline health and sourcing metrics; report on source effectiveness and time-to-fill contribution Stay current on market trends, competitor talent movement, and compensation benchmarks in Sales and Tech/Product Champion diversity sourcing strategies to build balanced, representative pipelines Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools and techniques to improve speed and quality of pipeline generation What You'll Need 8+ years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success across both Sales and Technology/Product functions Comfortable owning the complete recruiting lifecycle — intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close — for an assigned set of requisitions Proven track record sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill or competitive roles Deep fluency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Boolean/X-ray search, and similar) Strong business acumen — able to translate hiring manager needs into precise search strategy across very different functions (quota-carrying sales vs. technical/product roles) #J-18808-Ljbffr
