Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Missouri physical therapy licensure
• Current BCPR certification as a PT
• At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1600
• Weekend Requirement: Occasional weekends
• Call Requirement: No call
• EMR: EPIC
• Patient Volume: Up to 10 patients per day
