At VIBE Day Spa & Salon, we believe massage is more than a treatment, it's an opportunity to restore, renew, and inspire wellness. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team on a per diem basis.

Located in beautiful Basking Ridge, NJ, VIBE Day Spa & Salon offers a luxury spa experience where personalized care, hospitality, and clinical excellence come together. Unlike many spas where therapists are expected to build their own clientele, VIBE invests in your success through dedicated marketing, lead generation, and a full-time Sales & Lead Coordinator focused on helping grow your schedule.

What You'll Do

As a Massage Therapist, you will create memorable experiences that keep guests returning by providing exceptional care and outstanding service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver customized therapeutic massage treatments that meet each client's individual wellness goals.
• Conduct thorough consultations, review health histories, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide an exceptional luxury spa experience through professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service and personalized care.
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Educate clients on wellness practices and recommend services or retail products that support their overall health.
• Promote VIBE's wellness philosophy by encouraging ongoing self-care and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless, five-star guest experience.
• Help grow the spa by encouraging satisfied clients to leave Google Reviews and refer friends and family.

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum of two years of professional massage therapy experience (spa, wellness, or therapeutic setting preferred).
• Experience with multiple massage modalities; willingness to learn VIBE's signature treatments.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance with a warm, positive, and client-focused attitude.
• Passion for wellness, healing, and creating meaningful client relationships.
• Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed.
