Wealth Management Producer - US

The Opportunity
We're launching a private wealth practice in the New York metro area to follow suit from their strong Denver and Wichita teams and we're looking for the Advisors to build it. As the first dedicated Private Wealth Advisor in the region, you'll build your own book from scratch or if you are an experienced Consultant with a book - backed by the resources, brand and referral network of a well-established, employee-owned national insurance brokerage.

• Build a private wealth practice using a holistic, planning-first approach
• Partner with commercial insurance and benefits producers to earn client introductions
• Serve as primary Advisor across cash flow, protection, investments and estate planning
• Tap into an internal network, including 60,000+ advised retirement plan participants and corporate Executives
• Work with centralized investment, planning and ops teams (based in Denver/Wichita) to deliver sophisticated solutions

Who You Are

• CFP® certified
• Mid-career, with a long runway and a builder's mindset
• Entrepreneurial "hunter" who enjoys business development
• Self-starter who can work solo locally while collaborating with a remote team
• Believer in planning-led wealth management
• Excited by cross-referrals in a multi-disciplinary firm
