Position Title: Human Resources Business Partner - Redmond, WA Salary: $100000 - $110000 / yr Eurest is the leader in business and industry dining, feeding the employees of the nation's largest and most‑prestigious companies across all states and industries. As part of Eurest's leadership and professional support team, you will help our 16,000 chefs and in‑unit associates excel as they deliver world‑class meals in corporate cafés and executive dining rooms, with on‑site catering, vending innovations, and more. Job Summary We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who is passionate about people and ready to make a real impact in a fast‑paced, hospitality‑driven environment. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner to frontline and middle leadership, you will translate business needs into people solutions that drive engagement, retention, and organizational performance. This full‑time, on‑site role is located in Redmond, WA. What You'll Do Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with operational goals Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, objectivity, and care Support leaders through change — restructures, transitions, and everything in between Coach and develop managers to become stronger, more confident people leaders Drive performance, engagement, and talent development initiatives that move the needle Ensure compliance with federal/state employment law, company policy, and collective bargaining agreements Analyze HR metrics and use data to tell compelling stories and inform smart decisions Conduct workplace investigations with professionalism, thoroughness, and integrity What You Bring 4+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations; labor/union environment experience strongly preferred 2+ years conducting workplace investigations and supporting employee relations standards Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce Strong working knowledge of NLRA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, and related employment law Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal A solutions‑oriented, collaborative mindset with strong initiative and follow‑through Spanish language skills a plus; hospitality industry experience a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or Law preferred Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance / AD Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state) Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Programs Discount Marketplace Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Paid Parental Leave Personal Leave Eurest maintains a drug‑free workplace.
