Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at a facility located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The position involves caring for level 3 NICU infants and managing complex neonatal cases. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Education: Valid nursing license; Experience: 2+ years of level 3 or 4 NICU experience; Location: Must be licensed in Arkansas or eligible to practice in the state; Years of Experience: 2+ years in NICU, but no minimum experience required for initial application.
• Preferred Qualifications: STABLE certification; Experience caring for infants requiring High Frequency vents, conventional vents, CPAP, NIMV, HFNC, nitric oxide, whole body cooling, OG/NG/PO feedings, UAC, UVC, PICC, PIV, and attending high-risk and cesarean deliveries.
• Additional Information: Float: Possibly to mother-baby or pediatrics units, but unlikely due to high census. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and detailed neonatal care skills.
