We are currently looking for 'Inventory Management Associate' to support one of our clients with the following skills:

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate Range: $23 - $25/hr on W2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to support inventory control, material handling, warehouse operations, and customer service activities for a leading client in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing inventory, receiving shipments, replenishing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of consumables, chemicals, samples, and other materials.
• Process inventory movements on and off-site while maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Perform cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and inventory reporting.
• Receive and process inbound shipments from UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies and inventory issues.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and warehouse stock management.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Utilize inventory management systems and customer platforms to complete daily tasks.
• Generate inventory reports and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to routine inquiries.
• Support multiple facilities as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Material Handling, Inventory Replenishment, Warehouse Operations, Shipping & Receiving, or Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with shipping, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse management processes.
• Familiarity with inventory reporting and cycle count procedures.
