Certified PCT - Medical Surgical Tele

The Patient Care Technician assists patients with activities of daily living and selective procedures delegated and communicated by the licensed nurse. Required qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Combined equivalent experience and certification needed for function and level. Or Current graduate of state approved PCT program

(CPCT).

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician - National Association

for Health Professionals. Or * Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician - National Center for Competency Testing. Or * Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant - National Healthcareer Association. Preferred qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 6 months PCT experience in an acute care setting.
• 6 months Phlebotomy experience.
