Your core responsibilities include:Team Leadership: Hire, engage, and develop a team of passionate educators, fostering their professional growth.Culture Building: Create a workplace rooted in support, empathy, and compassion for staff, families, and the youth we serve.Safety & Excellence: Cultivate a secure environment focused on health and safety standards.Community Connection: Demonstrate an ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people across all social and economic segments of our community. What You Bring to the TableYou are the ideal candidate if you meet the following qualifications:Education: AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (DCYF- approved).Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an early learning teacher.Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Early Achievers and program planning.Requirements: Must be at least 23 years of age  Why Join Us?  We believe in taking care of those who take care of our kids.
