Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines._ **Shift:** Full-Time Nights, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am + **Primary Job Responsibilities:** + Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. + Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. + Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. + Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. **The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) + Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification + Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification + Minimum of six (6) months previous Registered Nurse experience + Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills) + Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures + Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) + One (1) or more years of Registered Nurse experience in an acute care hospital setting in a Progressive Care Unit + Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. + **What You'll Need to Succeed:** + Associate of Science degree in Nursing + Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification + Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification **Physical Requirements:** _(Please click the link below to view work requirements)_ Physical Requirements - **Pay Range:** $31.53 - $52.24 **Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)** Certain positions are subject to **Florida Level 2 background screening** , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
