Manager of ABA Center Facilities & Construction

Corporate Headquarters - Based out of our Deerfield Beach, FL location

Butterfly Effects is hiring a Manager of ABA Center Facilities & Construction to lead the operational performance and physical upkeep of our ABA therapy centers across the country as well as assist with construction close out and the setup of the new centers. This role ensures our spaces remain safe, efficient, compliant, and supportive of the life-changing services delivered within them.

This position is located on site at our Deerfield Beach, Florida and will require national travel as needed.

What Would You Be Doing?

Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, the Manager of ABA Center Facilities will oversee the long-term operations and management of our national portfolio of therapy centers. Your focus will be on maintaining facility standards, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring our sites consistently meet regulatory, safety, and clinical needs. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure our centers continue to run smoothly after they open.

• Own the day-to-day and long-term operations of all ABA center facilities across the organization
• Develop and implement facility management systems and processes to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
• Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, vendor services, and safety inspections
• Conduct site visits during construction as needed and assist with final punch
• Assist with the ordering and set-up of all FF&E
• Monitor facilities to ensure compliance with local codes, ADA standards, licensing regulations, and internal quality benchmarks
• Maintain strong working relationships with on-site staff, vendors, and regional managers to proactively address facility issues
• Track facility work orders, vendor performance, and operational KPIs using centralized systems
• Manage facility-related budgets, maintenance contracts, and capital improvement plans
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and IT teams to support space functionality as needs evolve
• Provide facility-related input to the Director of Real Estate Development on space performance, layout concerns, and post-occupancy trends
• Support sustainability, efficiency, and safety initiatives across the facility network

What Do You Bring to the Role?

• 5+ years of experience managing multi-site, multi-state, facilities operations, preferably in healthcare, education, or service industries
• Strong understanding of safety codes, licensing standards, ADA compliance, and vendor management
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing preventative maintenance programs and service contracts
• Ability to communicate well and build relationships across internal teams and external partners
• Comfort using facility management tools and performance tracking systems
• Willingness to travel as needed to support center operations
