Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a circulating nurse in the operating room to ensure optimal patient care.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field, using appropriate aseptic technique.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a high standard of care during procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor patients under conscious sedation.
• Participate in patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately within Epic system.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license; compact state licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Proficient in Epic charting system.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Previous travel experience required; at least one year preferred.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic, general, gynecological, and podiatric procedures.
