Pediatric Physician Assistant/ Established FQHC

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a well-established FQHC outpatient clinic network in Sacramento, California. This permanent opportunity supports underserved communities and offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Practice Setting: FQHC outpatient clinic network
Practice Environment: Established FQHC outpatient clinic network
Focus on providing care to underserved communities
Multiple outpatient clinic locations and Mobile Medicine program
Medical Assistants and Care Coordinators provide clinical support
Independent practice with strong team support
Telehealth services available

Provider Requirements:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board Certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience
Pediatric experience
FQHC or community health experience required
Active California license or ability to obtain
Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment required

Credentialing:

Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
Credentialed with major payors and insurance carriers
