We are seeking talented, hospitality-driven professionals who bring great energy, innovative ideas, and authentic Austin spirit to every guest experience.Position OverviewAs a Utility Worker, you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our Food & Beverage operation. You'll help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, support dishwashing and sanitation, and assist with basic kitchen prep and deliveries. Your efforts directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and guest-ready environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dish machines and manual methods.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, trash areas, and workstations.Ensure proper storage and organization of all kitchen items and clean equipment.Empty trash and recycling and replace liners in a timely manner.Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries.Support cooks and chefs with basic prep and kitchen maintenance tasks as needed.Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in accordance with brand and health department standards.Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.Qualifications & SkillsNo previous experience required, we will train you!Strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed.Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and physically demanding environment.Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.Benefits:Peachtree Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
